Project Overview
In 2022, under an alliance delivery model, We Kando, GreenTec, and Suffcon collaboratively delivered a five-cell waste storage facility to support the growing needs of the coal seam gas (CSG) sector and local industry in the management and disposal of waste fluids.
The facility was designed to provide safe, compliant, and scalable storage capacity while incorporating key access and environmental sustainability features. Located adjacent to the Carnarvon Highway, the project involved significant earthworks and infrastructure construction to ensure long-term functionality and operational efficiency.
The alliance approach enabled streamlined decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and enhanced collaboration between stakeholders — delivering a robust and future-ready waste management facility. The project has become a key asset in supporting environmental compliance and operational demands of the region’s energy and industrial sectors.
